Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation was established in 1996 to provide library services throughout the municipalities of Whitehorse and Manningham to residents in all age, interest and ethnic groups. Responsibility for management and operation rests with the Board of the Corporation which comprises Councillors, Council officers and community members representing the Cities of Manningham and Whitehorse. The CEO of the Library Corporation is responsible to the Board of the Corporation for effective planning, management and financial control of library operations.
