| The Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation provides a wide range of services to the City of Whitehorse and the City of Manningham, through our eight branches. There is information and inspiration for all ages, from online databases for researchers to storytimes for children.

| Loans & Returns |
 | You must have your Library card with you when borrowing or renewing items, or paying fines. | | When borrowing you will receive a slip listing items borrowed and date for return. | | After hours chutes are available at all branches. | | Fines are levied for late return of books.

| Loan Entitlements |
| You can borrow up to 70 items per card. | | There is a limit of 10 DVDs per card. | | The loan period for all categories is 3 weeks except Genealogy CD-ROMs and microfiche which is 1 week.

| Renewals |
| Items may be renewed twice unless overdue or reserved by someone else. | | You can do your own renewals, using your library card number and PIN (your password) via the catalogue | | Staff can renew your books for you by phone or in the library. | | Overdue charges are payable on all overdue items and are the same for all items and borrowers.
